Private Events

I have extensive experience with Corporate Events and Holiday Parties. I maintain a great selection of music appropriate to those occasions. These include Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Halloween, Christmas, and New Years Eve.

I have put together some ideas for you to consider to help make this your best party ever! If you have any questions or unique ideas of your own, please feel free to call me.

It is important to start your party off on a good note. There are several things to consider. First, make sure the 'start time' of your DJ, as well as the hall and caterer, coincide with the arrival of your first guests (having your DJ set up when your guests arrive looks unprofessional, remember the set up fee is included, there is no extra charge for set-up time).

The best way to ensure a successful event is to make sure I am aware of your program and needs. Together we can make your event a success!

Corporate/Office Events and Parties

Many parties begin with a short cocktail hour (usually 30-60 minutes) followed by dinner. Oftentimes, a short welcoming speech by one of the principals is planned prior to the meal. This is a good way to make everyone feel welcomed and set the tone for the evening.

If you are planning a raffle or prize giveaways, I'd like to suggest that you give one or two away at the beginning of your party. Though awards and prizes are typically given out after dinner, a couple before can really get people involved and excited!

Following the meal, a short program of awards, presentations, acknowledgments or a raffle is often done. You will have the use of my sound system for this purpose, and of course you have the option of having me be your Emcee for these programs as well. As a general rule, you should have one of your staff make any of the personal announcements, recognitions or awards. You can let me handle any other duties, such as raffles, games, sing-a-longs, etc. if you wish. It is very important to let me know what sort of presentations, gifts, prizes and awards will be given out, even if it is a surprise for your guests. The more I know about your event, the more I can do for you! Often I can provide accompanying music or sound effects which will make your entire program a huge hit. If you have anything like slide shows, or lengthy presentations, these usually are done during dinner or dessert.

Christmas Parties

The Holidays are a very busy time for everyone. I strongly suggest booking your Christmas Party as early as possible. There are a limited number of dates available for your event. Of course you could beat the rush and have your Christmas Party in July!

Anniversaries

This is always a special party, and if it at all possible please try and find the title/artist that the couple danced to, so many years ago. When this song is played it is sure to bring back memories. These parties produce lots of laughter and smiles. Last, but not least, we include plenty of great party and romantic music favorites to make your evening one to remember.

Birthday Parties

From ages 6 to 96, we provide quality, hassle-free music in your home or your selected location. Our flexible setup allows us to provide quality sound in limited space areas. Whether you're turning sweet sixteen or forty, we can make your birthday a memorable one.

$400.00 For up to 4 Hours of Music

Each Additional Hour $75.00

A Deposit of $200.00 Is Required Upon Signing of Contract.
